Refund Policy

Last Updated: May 8th, 2025

Introduction

At Zeenti Digital Consulting LLC ("Zeenti," "we," "us," or "our"), we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing and development services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued for our services.

We understand that each project is unique, and our payment structures are designed to reflect this. Before engaging our services, we encourage all clients to carefully review our refund terms to ensure clarity regarding payment expectations.

Payment Structures

Depending on the nature and scope of your project, Zeenti implements different payment structures:

Standard Website Development Projects

For most website development projects, we operate on a 50/50 payment structure:

  • 50% initial deposit before work begins
  • 50% final payment upon project completion and before website launch

Larger Technical Projects

For more complex development projects, we may offer milestone-based payment plans:

  • Initial deposit to commence work
  • Monthly payments based on agreed-upon development milestones
  • Final payment upon project completion

Recurring Services

For ongoing services such as SEO, social media management, or maintenance:

  • Monthly subscription fees
  • Minimum commitment periods as specified in your service agreement

Refund Eligibility

Non-Refundable Payments

The following payments are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Initial Deposits: All initial deposits are non-refundable. These deposits secure our time, resources, and commitment to your project.
  • Milestone Payments: Payments made for completed work or reached milestones are non-refundable.
  • Monthly Service Payments: Payments for services already rendered during the current billing period are non-refundable.

These non-refundable payments reflect the allocation of our resources, time, and expertise that have already been invested in your project. Once we begin work on your project, we allocate specific resources and turn down other opportunities to focus on delivering your project successfully.

Potentially Refundable Payments

In limited circumstances, the following payments may be eligible for partial refunds:

  • Full Advance Payments: If you've paid the entire project fee in advance and terminate the project before completion, you may be eligible for a partial refund of the unused portion, less any work already completed and a cancellation fee.
  • Prepaid Service Packages: If you've prepaid for multiple months of service and wish to cancel, a partial refund may be issued for the remaining unused full months, subject to the minimum commitment period and cancellation terms in your service agreement.

All potential refunds will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed, resources allocated, and any cancellation fees as outlined in your service agreement.

Refund Process and Calculation

If you believe you are eligible for a refund:

  1. Submit a written refund request to natalia@zeenti.com, including your project details and reason for the refund request.
  2. Zeenti will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
  3. If approved, the refund amount will be calculated as follows:

For full advance payments on incomplete projects:

Refund Amount = Total Payment - (Hourly Rate × Hours Worked) - Cancellation Fee

For prepaid service packages:

Refund Amount = (Monthly Fee × Remaining Full Months) - Early Termination Fee (if applicable)

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval and will be issued using the original payment method when possible.

Cancellation Fees

Cancellation fees may apply to project terminations and vary based on:

  • Project type and complexity
  • Stage of project completion
  • Resources already allocated
  • Terms specified in your service agreement

Standard cancellation fees typically range from 25% to 50% of the remaining project value, depending on the factors listed above. For subscription-based services, early termination before the minimum commitment period may result in a fee equal to one month's service cost.

Exceptions and Special Circumstances

Zeenti reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis for special circumstances, which may include:

  • Significant failure by Zeenti to deliver services as specified in the contract
  • Extended service interruptions caused by Zeenti
  • Force majeure events that prevent project completion

In such cases, Zeenti may, at its sole discretion, offer:

  • Partial refunds
  • Service credits
  • Alternative compensation
  • Revised project scope or timelines

Dispute Resolution

If a disagreement arises regarding refunds:

  1. We encourage direct communication to resolve the matter amicably.
  2. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be handled according to the dispute resolution process outlined in your service agreement.
  3. For clients without a specific dispute resolution clause, disputes will be resolved through mediation in Miami, Florida.

Changes to This Refund Policy

Zeenti reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. The updated policy will apply to all new projects and services initiated after the posting date.

Existing clients will be governed by the refund policy in effect at the time their service agreement was signed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
